I just wanted to thank Scratch Magic for the wonderful job they have done on my car. The process has been very efficient and painless! We emailed a picture of the damaged parts of the car and received a quote back within 24 hours. The price quoted being very fair and competitive with other quotes we had received, we decided to use Scratch Magic. We set up a day and time for Scratch Magic to come. We were asked if we could provide access to a power point and were made clear that the car should not be exposed to the rain of course for a few hours after the repair would be done. On the arranged day and time, Scratch Magic came and it was all taken care within 3.5 hours. It was done extremely professionally and quickly. We were very impressed with the quality and the efficiency of the service provided.

Being very busy working on our own business and our car being used every day by our Sales staff for marketing purposes, the fact that we didn't have to bring the car just for a quote and for the repair allowed us to gain precious time and maximized our ability to use the car again.
